the fear of being seen

Just in time for spooky season, I've noticed an unexpected fear rearing its ugly head.

I'm scared — at least in part — to be seen.

Here I am, babbling about on the internet, with focus on being known after feeling misunderstood for so long. Yet, as I work on expressing myself and living in alignment with my values, I'm also finding it ... scary.

That's right, SCARY.
